Foster Grandparents

Provides low-income persons 55 years of age and older with meaningful part-time employment to help special children. Contact Your local office for program availability.



Community Housing Development

Provides affordable and standard housing in Livingston, Tangipahoa and East Feliciana parishes, 42, 48 and 40 units, respectively, under the Louisiana Finance Housing Authority guidelines. Contact Your local office for program availability.



EF&S

Provides assistance to eligible families in the areas of rent, utilities and food in West Feliciana Parish. Limited services are available in other parishes. Contact Your local office for availability.


Medicaid

Agency will enroll eligible customers by taking application for medical benefits. Contact Your Local Office for availability.

QuadVets

Veterans Services and Transitional Housing (GPD)

Veterans are provided transitional housing to become self-sufficient and gain meaningful employment. Visit www.quadvets.org for more information.

OUR PROGRAMS: (NOTE: There are no fees for services)

Youthbuild (Ages 16-24)

Youth Build assists individual youth to acquire job training in construction, while attaining their GED or high school diploma. Upon completion they are helped with job placement in the construction fields.

Quad Weatherization

Program designed to improve thermal energy efficiency and weather-proofing of customers' homes by insulation and energy efficient windows, doors, etc. These services are provided in

Adult Education (WorkReadyU)

Adult Ed is designed to help students prepare to earn a high school equivalency diploma (HiSET, formerly the GED), and transition to various college and career pathways, opening the doors to a bright future for our participants.

Quad LiHEAP - Energy Assistance

Quad Area’s Low-Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP) is a federally funded program that helps low income households with their home energy bills in the following Parishes: Ascension, East Feliciana, Livingston, St. Helena, Tangipahoa, Washington and West Feliciana.

Head Start

Provides children 3-5 years old in East Feliciana parish the opportunity to attend a Child Development Program. This program provides Education, Health, Nutrition and Social Services. The children are provided initial experiences and success which promote the child's confidence, self-respect and positive self-image. Contact Your local office for program availability.
